Your Red Cross is preparing for the upcoming disaster season. We are offering classes in CPR and First Aid as well as Prevention of Disease Transmission. Call your Red Cross Office today to register for a class. Our telephone number is 566-0632 between the hours of 8:00 - 12:00 each day or 735-2004 after 12:30 daily and on weekends.
Preparation is being made to have Pike County Ready for any disaster that may take place. Help the American Legion Auxiliary Collect New Caps for the Tuskegee VA Hospital. Bring them to the Red Cross Office or the Pike County Firefighters' office in Troy.

Local Disaster Funds are needed to fund our local disasters at this time. Please make donations to your American Red Cross Pike County Branch. 404 E. Elm Street Rear Troy, Alabama 36081.
Your Financial Donations are needed locally during this time.
We are in need of small stuffed animals, games, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, washcloths, lotion, hairbrushes, shampoo, mouth rinse, card games, children story books, razors, combs, deodorant, coloring books, crayons, pencils, sharpeners, etc to go in comfort bags for families who have experienced a single family fire. Please call and bring these items by your American Red Cross Office today.
Clean Up Items are needed for families who experience disasters: Mops, Brooms, Mop Buckets, Pine Cleaner, Liquid Bleach, soap, gloves, sponge etc. BRING THESE ITEMS BY YOUR AMERICAN RED CROSS OFFICE TODAY. We have used a considerable amount of money to fund single family fires.. Please consider sending a check to your local Red Cross to help replace these funds. Send your donations to Pike County Red Cross, 404 E. Elm. St. Rear, Troy, Alabama 36081.
You can drop items for the comfort bags and clean up kits at WTBF in Troy. This is a means for everyone in Pike County to help each other in a time of need.
